This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our organisation, responsible for building our connection with residents, staff and partners. From crisis management and resident engagement to behaviour change campaigns and internal communications, you will have significant experience of building and leading impactful communications functions in a complex, fast paced and politically sensitive organisation. You will work across the council and the region to craft engaging, clear, and impactful communications, lead innovative campaigns, and promote Southampton as a vibrant, city of opportunity.
