As our Early Years Phase Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our vision for Early Years, driving forward outstanding teaching and learning, and ensuring the best possible start for our children.

About The Role:
As Early Years Phase Leader, you will:
• Lead and inspire a team of teachers and support staff, fostering a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.
• Drive excellence in teaching and learning across Early Years, ensuring strong foundations for future success.
• Support and mentor colleagues to develop their practice and enhance pupil progress.
• Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school as part of the middle leadership team.
• Model outstanding classroom practice and provide professional development opportunities for staff.
• Work closely with senior leaders, parents, and the wider community to create an engaging and enriching Early Years curriculum.

About You:
We are looking for an exceptional teacher and leader who:
• Has proven experience in Early Years with a strong understanding of the curriculum, assessment, and pedagogy.
• Is passionate about delivering high-quality Early Years education and has a track record of raising standards and pupil outcomes.
• Is an inspiring leader, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Is committed to upholding the values and ethos of our Church of England school.
• Has the drive and resilience to take on new challenges and make a meaningful impact.
