Toll Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and assertive individual to join our team of Toll Coordinators at the Itchen Bridge Toll Plaza.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the toll crossing, ensuring payment is made by drivers, while keeping traffic moving.

About the Role

  • Manage toll operations to minimise congestion
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to motorists

About You

We are looking for an independent person who can use their initiative to resolve challenging situations.

You will be working as part of a team, so excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
